Samuel C. Chukwuma is the Managing Partner at Dates Attorneys and Solicitors. He attended Madonna University Nigeria where he obtained his Law Degree, LL.B. He then proceeded to The Nigerian Law School for his BL and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar accordingly as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Section on Business Law (SBL).
He is the Head of
Corporate & Commercial Law Practice Aviation, Intellectual Property and Taxation Law Practice Groups and also a key member of the firms’ Real Estate & Construction. Beside general corporate, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory advice, Samuel has substantial experience in corporate due diligence, equity investment portfolios, licensing & permits, and foreign investment.
He is a consummate litigator with extensive experience in various areas of trial practice and has been representing clients in all courts and tribunals within Nigeria. He has advised local and international businesses.
